This is a private experience designed only for you and your loved ones.

We are meeting with our local guide at the determined area on previously spoken time. This tour we are tasting the traditional cuisine of Istanbul - the city that connects to continents- on both Asian and European sides of the magnificent Bosphorus.

Starting at Fuego Café and Restaurant in the Sultanhamet, we are taking a local tram ride to Eminonu Port. From here we are taking ferry ride across the Bosporus Strait to Kadikoy Port in Asia while enjoying the mesmerizing views.

In Kadikoy, that is a popular neighborhood of the Asian side, we are wandering along local markets, local shops selling all kinds of products. We are discovering the fish market to try some delicious stuffed mussels that are one of the most popular street foods in Istanbul.

After a break at a café, full of locals playing games backgammon and okey, we are heading to a restaurant that specializes in home cooked food from the Kurdish area of south-eastern part of Turkey (vegetarian and gluten free options available). We are enjoying an amazing meal here.

Happy and fully-stuffed we are taking another ferry to return to the European side, enjoying the magical light shows along the Bosphorus at night. As we ate a lot of savory food, now it is time to taste something sweet. We are heading to a special cafe that used to be a madrasah formerly. Here we will taste some traditional Turkish tea, coffee; try the authentic gargle (water pipe) in different flavors. We will also have the chance to taste a traditional drink sahlep that are especially popular in cold winter nights.
