Our big day starts with us picking you up from your hotel on previously mentioned time between 03:00 and 04:00 for the transfer to Antalya airport, After our flight we are landing to Istanbul at 09:15. We are meeting our tour guide and head to Istanbul’s old city to begin our full-day tour.

Our first stop is the Topkapı Palace, the former residence of Ottoman sultans. We will see sacred Islamic relics of the Prophet Mohammed, the Imperial Treasury, Ottoman jewelry, belts and traditional clothing, Chinese porcelain, weapons, and more. We are opening a window to the past o learn more information about the daily life in the palace.

Then we are taking a lunch break. Istanbul offers many cafés, fast-food takeaways, and stylish restaurants catering to a wide range of tastes. Lunch is not included in tour price; you are free to experience one of many delicious options.

Our tour carries on with a visit to Hippodrome Square, the sporting and social center of ancient Constantinople where the chariot races would take place. We will see the Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Theodosius, and German Fountain of Wilhelm II.

Our next stop is the Blue Mosque, located in the center of the old city. Known as the “the Mosque with 6 minarets,” the Blue Mosque was built in the name of Sultan Ahmet, one of the most well-known Ottoman sultans. The name of the mosque comes from the blue tiles that adorn the walls of its interior. As this is an active mosque it is closed to tourists for half hour during each of the 5 scheduled daily prayer times.

Then we will stop by and explore the Egyptian, or Spice, Bazaar with our guide. Here we will have chance for some souvenir shopping for our loved ones and practice our bargaining skills. You can buy famous Turkish products like Turkish delight or spices in the Spice Bazaar

We have an opportunity to enjoy the amazing views of Istanbul from the water on a Bosporus sightseeing cruise (optional and at an additional fee).

Before heading back to the airport we will have time to enjoy dinner at a local restaurant (at additional cost). At 20:00 our flight departs Istanbul Airport, arriving in Antalya at 21:00 pm.

Our journey ends with a transfer back to our hotel.
