We are inviting you to explore the magical fairy chimneys and carved rock formations of Cappadocia with us on this special tour. On this tour we will have the chance to see some of the most unique forms of fairy chimneys that are the symbol of Cappadocia. We will see the lunar-like forms of fairy chimneys, double and triple-headed fairy chimneys in the Monk Valley, enjoy the amazing panoramic views of the surroundings from the Uchisar Castle and discover many churches that are bearing the traces of the past with the frescoes and carvings in Goreme Open Air Museum.

Itinerary

This is a private tour designed only for you and your loved ones.
Our journey begins with us picking you up from your hotel in central Cappadocia -Urgup, Avanos, Uchisar or Goreme.- We are getting a brief information about our day ahead from our professional guide. Then we are hitting the road to discover some of Cappadocia’s most amazing and unique landmarks.
Fairy chimneys are the natural conical rock formations created by the lava in tuffs repulsed by the neighbor volcanoes long time ago. On this tour, we are exploring some of the most interesting ones.

Our first stop is the Devrent Valley, where we will see a lunar-like shapes of fairy chimneys. We may even feel like that we are in one of the Star Wars movies.

Next we are heading to the Monk Valley known as Pasabag in Turkey. Here we are welcomed by some interesting fairy chimneys that have double or triple head caps.

We are enjoying a delicious lunch in Avanos, that is the center of pottery in the area, and heading to our next location.

In Goreme Open Air Museum, we will visit some churches from 10th and 12th centuries. We are following the traces of the daily life of that time. Some of the churches has magnificent frescoes on their walls, each telling us a different story. We are hearing those stories from our guide.

Last but not least, we are ending our tour at Uchisar Castle. All the amazing views and landscapes below our feet, we are enjoying the best panoramic view of Cappadocia.

At the end of the tour we are hopping on to our comfortable and air-conditioned coach to be transferred to our hotels.
