Booking Conditions – Please Read Carefully

The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Turkish Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish Courts. No employees or representatives of has any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, not to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of, unless such be in writing and signed by the Director of reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation.

2- The payment of the tour/excursion have to paid in full at the time of booking; and the completion of the booking by the Client states that the Client consents to all provisions of the terms and general information contained in this site. We will bill your credit card based on the daily exchange rate stated by the Central Bank of Turkey for the specific date of the transactions, which are including VAT tax in effect at present. We are not responsible for additional credit card fees or discrepancies assessed by your local bank.


Cancellations must be done directly from the booking system according to the applicable cancellation policy. In case of any technical problems, the buyer can contact via email from the address [email protected]

Each tour and excursion’s cancellation policy is specifically stated on tour’s or excursion’s page. The buyer is obliged to read thoroughly all the rules and policies before completing the booking. If the Buyer completes a booking, this means that he/she agrees to admit the determined terms and conditions of the tour or excursion along with the cancellation policy. The cancellations that are made after the cancellation deadline are subject to the determined amount of cancellation penalty. The cancellation penalties are final and non-negotiable.  

In case of an emergency, health problem, death of a first degree relative, force major such as war, strike, pandemic, act of God disasters (earthquake, tsunami, etc…) the buyer must contact to immediately via email from the address [email protected] with the explanation of the situation along with official documents proving the force majeure situation or the emergency, health problem and death. reserves the right to reflect the fee of loss or damage to the Buyer, when it is caused by the cancellation of the tour/excursion. reserves the right to change the date of a tour/ excursion with a written notification a reasonable amount of time prior to the starting date of the tour/excursion pr cancel the tour/excursion directly. The Buyer can get a full refund for the bookings that are cancelled by offers two options for date changes: (i)the Buyer can cancel the booking without cancellation penalties, in case the new date does not fit his/her schedule; (ii)the Buyer can approve the date change and use all the rights and services that are applicable to the tour/excursion that he/she bought in the first place on a new date determined by Either way, the Buyer must inform about his/her decision in written form. Otherwise, reserves the right to cancel the booking without waiting any longer.

Cancellations or amendments that are directly made by the Buyer with hotels, transfer suppliers, tour suppliers does not create a binding agreement for only take into account the Cancellation and Amendment policies that are mentioned on page, which can be monitored before, during and after the booking. In the event that the guests do not show up on determined meeting place on determined time for the tour/excursion (the information is provided before and during the booking process; and can be checked from the Tour/Excursion voucher after the booking), the case is considered as a No Show; and the Buyer can demand no refunds.

Land rates do not include international flights between the countries and domestic flights in the country, unless stated in the itinerary. Any expenses in the passport costs, visas, airport departure taxes, photography fees payable at admission sites, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified on the itineraries, all personal expenses incurred at the hotels and the customary tips to drivers and guides, which are left to passengers discretion are not included.

CHANGES IN YOUR PROGRAM reserves the right to change your current hotels, domestic flights, ferry and bus tickets without a notice as some situations are beyond our control. Extra fees and penalties will apply on any flight, hotel, tour or schedule changes made by the clients during touring.

RESPONSIBILITY is responsible in making all the arrangements for everything specified in the services and itineraries. All of the carriers, hotels and other services provided in which we bring together in our tours work as independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the company. Nevertheless, all of the service provided bears guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide all of our customers with. All travel documents issued by, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey. In case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, than is responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. Any resulting difference resulting from customer`s choice of the alternatives, shall be payable by the customer during their stay. Luggage is carried at the owner`s risk and luggage insurance is recommended.

Adequate insurance is mandatory for all Clients to cover at least but not limited to medical and repatriation expenses, loss of luggage and cancellation or curtailment of a Product and should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking for the full duration of the Product as a minimum. A Client and his personal belongings are the sole responsibility of himself. accepts no liability on the Client`s behalf where has provided a Product of reasonable standard. Clients are fully responsible for arranging their own insurance.

LIABILITY OF Products and in particular, adventure activities, contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the Client that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these Booking Conditions Clients are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel and Clients undertake such risks at their own volition. accepts no liability of Client`s damages where has fulfilled its Duty of Care to Clients by providing Products of a reasonable standard. accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of or its` suppliers, and the reason for the claimed damages was either the Client`s fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of by force majeure and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care.

In respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation,‘s liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions. accepts no liability if additional costs to the Client are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the Product(s) beyond the control of by force majeure.

It is the responsibility of the Clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents. is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by but without liability.

All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve from any obligations and liability.

Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of‘s and its supplier`s employees and representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a Client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of In the case of Client ill health, may make such arrangements as it sees fit and recover the costs thereof from the Client.
